Austin’s Community of Kindness Celebration
Chrestotes, the Greek term for “kindness”, is a special word. It is kindness that is serviceable; kindness that meets real needs, avoids harshness, and emphasizes the spirit in which an act is done.
We are inspired by people and stories that illuminate the places where compassion meets action, in the spirit of this “chrestotes” kindness.
Join us for one special evening of food, music & fun as we come together to celebrate kindness in our community and recognize those individuals and organizations who are dedicated to displaying it regularly.
All proceeds from this event benefit Austin Blessings Co-op and the thousands of families that we serve each week.
